The hotel has a great location, with easy access to the beach and local amenities. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view from the balcony. The all-inclusive package offered a good variety of food and drinks, with plenty of options for all tastes.
The cleanliness of the hotel left a lot to be desired. The bathroom was not properly cleaned and the towels were not changed regularly.

The location of this hotel is excellent, with plenty of options for activities and attractions nearby. You can easily explore the beautiful surroundings and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. the rooms are comfortable and clean, offering a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. the hotel provides great service, with friendly and helpful staff who are always ready to assist you. the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options to kickstart your day. the hotel has a stunning view of the mountains.
Some areas of the hotel could benefit from further maintenance and improvement.

Spent Easter at this hotel and it was a blast! the staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist. the hotel is ideally located close to several landmarks, which made it easy for us to navigate and explore the city. the food was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from, and the rooms were cozy and comfortable. the hotel also had great facilities, including a gym and a swimming pool, which we enjoyed.
the first was the language barrier - some of the staff had trouble speaking English, which made communication difficult at times.
